Bad Teacher Is a film about an unemployable woman who takes a teaching job for no other reason but to earn enough money for breast implants. Imagining her breast size rather than her slothfulness and discourtesy, to be the reason her wealthy fiance dumped her. As the film progresses, the teacher gains confidence in her appearance and becomes one with her true personality. In the opening sequence of Bad Teacher, created by Prologue, cursive chalkboard typography scrawls itself on the screen. When the title Bad Teacher is displayed, ‘Bad’ is emphasized with an underline and circled messily as if by a teacher who is either frustrated by the poor performance of her students or inebriated. Chalk colored fonts flow as the titles overlay a global montage of teachers and classroom caricatures from the past, reinforcing the ubiquitousness of the teacher student relationship.
