The trailer for The Reaping was particularly interesting and Danny explained how he incorporated basic things like dead flies on window sills, microscope images and close ups of a live frog to create a very sleek trailer (with a great soundtrack in the background). Watching his presentation, you realize just how much focus marketing and promotion puts on actors, which is justified in some cases. But props to filmmakers like Michael Johnson, Danny Yount and Peter Frankfurt for focusing our attention on the creative process and to people like Paul Pope for reminding us that creative geniuses do exist.”
