Systems Admin

We are looking for a Mac OS X systems administrator to support our graphic design and visual effects studio. - Experience running backup and restore using Retrospect or similar tape backup software. - Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing Apple hardware (desktops, laptops, and monitors). - Experience installing, licensing, and troubleshooting technical issues with the following software: Adobe After Effects, Apple Final Cut Pro, Autodesk Maya, Maxon Cinema 4D, as well as plugins such as Sapphire, Tinderbox, Trapcode. Bonus requirements (knowing these things will give you an advantage over candidates who don't): - Familiarity with the command line interface of any Linux or UNIX operating systems (including Mac OS X). - Experience with Windows 7 - Some knowledge of Mac OS X Server and Linux - Autodesk Flame Support - Experience working in a visual effects, post-production, or design environment. DESIGN & ANIMATION

We are seeking top-notch conceptual graphic design and animation talent to work in our growing studio. Experienced pros as well as younger, uniquely talented individuals who are willing to excel in their craft and grow into other areas of design, animation, live-action production and visual effects.

VFX: MAYA EFFECTS ARTISTS

Must be comfortable working in Fluids and Particle dynamics for work in feature films and television. Must be a unique problem solver in building effect solutions in Maya that are visually striking as well as efficient to render. MEL scripting a plus. Knowledge of RealFlow and high-end compositing a plus.

VFX: MAYA GENERALISTS

Maya generalists wanted on a project basis. Must be well rounded in animation and lighting for feature VFX and Broadcast. FX animation and Boujou tracking a big plus. Must have worked with Mental Ray. A familiarity with Rush render queue software would be great but not necessary. Must have experience in both VFX and Broadcast animation. Willing to work with a team of artists in a collaborative and dynamic design environment.
